Contenuti | a) Storia della letteratura greca tardoantica dal III al VI d.C. (si aggiungeranno la seconda sofistica, il Nuovo Testamento e la letteratura cristiana greca). |
Testi di riferimento | a) Un buon manuale di storia della letteratura greca in uso nei licei accompagnato da letture antologiche in lingua italiana. |
Obiettivi formativi | Gli obiettivi saranno coerenti con i descrittori di Dublino: |
Prerequisiti | La modalità del corso è rivolta a chi già conosca il greco antico, sia pure in maniera non molto approfondita. |
Metodologie didattiche | Lezioni frontali. |
Metodi di valutazione | 1. Modalità di esame: l'esame è orale. |
Altre informazioni | Gli studenti non frequentanti aggiungeranno la lettura nell’originale di Eusebio di Cesarea, Vita di Costantino, libro I (qualunque edizione provvista del testo greco) |
Programma del corso | a) Storia della letteratura greca tardoantica (III-VI d.C.: si aggiungeranno i capitoli relativi alla seconda sofistica, al Nuovo Testamento e alla letteratura cristiana greca). |

Contents | a) History of Greek literature from III to VI A.D. (chapters on the second Sophistic, the New Testament and Greek Christian literature will be added). |
Textbook and course materials | a) A good handbook of History of Greek Literature in use in high schools, along with by anthological readings in modern language. |
Course objectives | The aims of the course will follow the Dublin descriptors: |
Prerequisites | Attendants to the course are expected to have at least a basic knowledge of ancient Greek. |
Teaching methods | The course will consist of lectures. |
Evaluation methods | 1) Verbal examination. |
Other information | Students not attending the class, will add this further reading: Eusebius’ Life of Constantine, book 1 (any edition with the Greek text). |
