Il voto finale sarà calcolato nel seguente modo:
- Mancato superamento dell’esame: il candidato non raggiunge alcun obiettivo formativo;
- Da 18 a 20: Livello appena sufficiente. Il candidato raggiunge solo i risultati previsti al punto “conoscenza e capacità di comprensione”;

Modalità di Frequenza:
La frequenza è vivamente consigliata.
Gli studenti che per seri motivi non potranno frequentare almeno il 70% dell'attività didattica sostituiranno gli appunti delle lezioni con i seguenti testi:

Course Exam description:
Student evaluation is based on the application of oral assessment processes which reflect the level of course content attainment and the fulfillment of course requirements.

2. Assessment Criteria
The level of overall student achievement and performance is assigned according to a numerical scale and considers the following criteria:
Below 18/30 mark: Fail. The student has not successfully achieved any of the course objectives;
- From 18 to 20: Fair achievement level. The student has only partially reached course objectives; the learning outcomes are narrowly aligned with the category of "knowledge and understanding";
- From 21 to 23: Sufficient achievement level. The student has acceptably reached course objectives; the learning outcomes are aligned with the categories of "knowledge and understanding" and "application of knowledge and understanding";
- 24 to 26: Good achievement level. The student has effectively reached course objectives; the learning outcomes are aligned with the categories of "knowledge and understanding", "application of knowledge and understanding" and "autonomy of judgement";
- From 27 to 29: Very good achievement level. The student has successively reached course objectives; the learning outcomes are fully aligned with the categories of "knowledge and understanding", "application of knowledge and understanding", "autonomy of judgement" and "communication skills" ;
- 30: Excellent achievement level. The student’s excellent performance has resulted in the full achievement of course objectives; the learning outcomes are aligned with all the categories;
- 30 cum laude: Outstanding achievement level. The student excels in the discipline, thus fully reaching all course objectives and mastering expected learning outcomes within all categories.

Regular attendance is highly recommended.

The aim of this course is to discuss some general issues of method and of periodization and analyze the most representative works of various periods to provide a basic understanding of the history of artistic production in Italy and Europe in the early modern age
